HTOWN MINGLE LLC™ produces curated business, social, lifestyle, educational, community and media Experiences designed around connection, discovery, hospitality and meaningful participation.

This policy applies to HM-produced Experiences unless a specific Experience listing or written agreement states different terms.

Ticket and registration terms shown on the applicable Experience page govern that Experience.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

No refunds are provided for no-shows, late arrival, voluntary departure or removal for violation of event policies.

If HM cancels or materially reschedules an Experience, HM will communicate the applicable refund, credit, transfer or rescheduling options.

Membership does not guarantee admission to every HM Experience. Registration, capacity, eligibility and Experience-specific terms may apply.

HM Experiences may serve different audiences and may carry Experience-specific eligibility requirements.

Attendees must satisfy the age, identification, invitation, membership, ticket or other eligibility requirements stated for the specific Experience.

Valid identification may be required by HM or the venue. Venue policies, legal age requirements and alcohol-service rules apply.

False or materially misleading registration information may result in denied entry or removal.

Guests are expected to treat attendees, HM representatives, venue staff, sponsors, vendors, speakers and partners with professionalism and respect.

HM may refuse entry or remove a participant for harassment, threats, discrimination, unsafe or disruptive conduct, excessive intoxication, unlawful substance use, fraud, material misrepresentation, violation of venue rules or other conduct that materially interferes with the Experience.

Removal for policy violations does not create an automatic right to a refund or credit.

HM creates environments where relationships and opportunities may develop.

Attendance does not guarantee introductions, referrals, leads, clients, partnerships, employment, sales, sponsorships, media coverage or any other business or personal outcome.

Sponsors, vendors, advertisers, Preferred Vendors, Business Network participants and other partners may participate in selected Experiences.

Commercial participation does not constitute an HM guarantee of a third party's products, services, claims or outcomes.

Unless expressly stated as included, food, beverages, parking, valet, transportation, lodging, travel and personal purchases are the attendee's responsibility.

HM Experiences may be photographed, filmed or recorded for editorial, promotional, archival, social or media purposes.

Where an opt-out process is offered, attendees who do not wish to be intentionally featured should notify HM before the Experience and follow any onsite instructions provided.

Dedicated interviews, testimonials, TATS | HMTV appearances, featured profiles and other identifiable media participation may require separate consent or release terms.

Attendance does not guarantee publication, interviews, photography, TATS | HMTV coverage, THE ONE TO KNOW™ coverage, or other media exposure.

Expanded media coverage is included only when expressly announced, contracted or commercially scoped.

Dates, times, venues, speakers, programming, capacity and Experience elements may change when reasonably necessary because of venue needs, safety, weather, illness, production requirements or circumstances outside HM's reasonable control.

HM will communicate material changes when reasonably possible.

Registration and participant information is handled according to the HTOWN MINGLE LLC™ Privacy Policy and applicable law.

HM does not sell private subscriber or member information to advertisers.
