HM MEMBERSHIP TERMS

BILLING + RENEWAL

Choose monthly or annual enrollment at the published rate for your selected membership level.

Monthly memberships are billed automatically each month until canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy. Annual memberships are paid in advance and automatically renew annually unless properly canceled.

A one-time $99 processing fee applies to new monthly enrollment unless waived by an eligible promotion. The processing fee is waived with annual enrollment.

NEW MEMBER OFFER

SEPTEMBER 30–OCTOBER 31, 2026

New Gold, Platinum or Diamond monthly memberships enrolled during the promotional period receive the $99 one-time processing fee waived.

Annual memberships already include the processing-fee waiver.

Offer has no cash value and cannot be combined with another processing-fee promotion unless HM expressly states otherwise.

CANCELLATION

Membership cancellation requires written notice at least 60 calendar days before the requested termination or renewal date, unless a different term is stated in your signed enrollment agreement.

Charges due during the applicable notice period remain payable.
