Photography and video may occur in public and common areas during HM Experiences.

Where an opt-out process is available, guests who do not wish to be intentionally featured should notify HM before the Experience and follow applicable onsite instructions.

Dedicated participation may require additional consent, including:

Interviews • Testimonials • TATS | HMTV Appearances • Featured Profiles • Brand Content • Promotional Features

HM may require a separate appearance or media release for these uses.

Approved photographs, video, audio and other media may appear across:

Use will remain consistent with the applicable consent, release or participation agreement.

HM will not intentionally represent a participant as endorsing a product, sponsor, organization or viewpoint without appropriate authorization.

Attendance at an HM Experience does not guarantee an interview, feature, publication, TATS | HMTV appearance or other media coverage.
