Welcome to HTown Mingle™ — Houston’s premier elite social and networking club. By accessing our website, registering for events, or participating in our experiences, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Participation in HTown Mingle™ events, memberships, or services constitutes your agreement to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services.

Participants must be at least 21 years of age. Matchmaking and singles events are exclusive to individuals who are single, divorced, or widowed. By participating, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

All members and guests are expected to uphold the HM Code of Connection™ — demonstrating respect, discretion, and integrity at all times. HTM reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation for behavior that violates our values or disrupts the experience for others.

All event ticket purchases and service fees are final unless otherwise stated. In the rare event of cancellation, HM may issue credit or reschedule at our discretion.

Attendees and participants assume all risks associated with attending events or engaging in introductions.  and its affiliates are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in any event or service.

Basic background screening is conducted for luxury matchmaking clients; extensive background checks apply to VIP-level clients. All client information is handled with the highest discretion and confidentiality.

By attending HM events, you grant permission for photography, video, and promotional use unless you opt out in writing before the event.

HTown Mingle™ reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued participation signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
