1. AGE REQUIREMENT

To enjoy the benefits of our community, you must be at least 35 years old to:

- Apply for membership

- Purchase tickets

- Attend any HTown Mingle™ event or experience

- Use any HTown Mingle™ services, including curated concierge introductions

2. AGE VERIFICATION POLICY

To safeguard our community and adhere to safety standards, HTown Mingle™ may request age and identity verification at any time. This may include:

Failure to provide the requested verification may result in HTown Mingle™ denying access, suspending your account, or canceling your membership.

3. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR MISREPRESENTATION

Providing false information about your age or identity violates our Terms & Conditions and Code of Connection™. This may lead to immediate termination of your membership and removal from events without a refund.

Any identification information submitted for verification is managed with discretion and in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent personal information.
