 HTown Mingle™ is a private membership community exclusively for adults 35 years of age or older.

 You must be at least 35 years old to:

• Apply for membership
• Purchase tickets
• Attend any HTown Mingle™ event or experience
• Use any HTown Mingle™ services, including curated concierge introductions

 To protect our community and comply with safety standards, HTown Mingle™ may request age and identity verification at any time, including:

• Government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport)
• Confirmation of date of birth
• Additional verification steps as needed

If you do not provide verification when requested, HTown Mingle™ may deny access, suspend your account, or cancel your membership.

 Providing false information about your age or identity is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and Code of Connection™ and may result in immediate termination of membership and removal from events without refund.

  Any identification information provided for verification is handled with discretion and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent personal information.
