EVENT POLICY & DISCLAIMER

 HTown Mingle™ curates elevated social and networking experiences designed for intentional connection and community. To preserve the integrity of each event, please review the following guidelines before attending.

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable
• In the event of cancellation by HTown Mingle™, credit toward a future experience or rescheduling will be offered at our discretion
• Tickets are transferable with written notice at least 48 hours before the event
• No refunds for no-shows or voluntary cancellations after the stated deadline
• Event ticket terms are subject to our full Terms & Conditions

• All attendees must be 35 years of age or older
• Singles events are exclusive to individuals who are single, divorced, or widowed
• HTown Mingle™ reserves the right to request ID verification at entry
• False age or eligibility representation may result in removal and membership termination

• Guests are expected to arrive on time and maintain a respectful demeanor
• All attendees must uphold the HTown Mingle™ Code of Connection™

Entry may be refused for:

• Inappropriate behavior or disrespect toward other guests
• Intoxication or substance use
• Violation of community standards or code of conduct
• Failure to provide valid ID
• Any conduct deemed unsafe or disruptive by HTown Mingle™ staff
• HTown Mingle™ staff has the authority to remove any guest who violates these guidelines
• Removal does not entitle attendees to refunds or credits

Attendees participate at their own risk.

HTown Mingle™ and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, or accident at events or venues
• Property loss, theft, or damage
• Personal disputes, conflicts, or outcomes arising during or after an event
• Venue conditions, safety, or accessibility
• Actions or conduct of other attendees or third parties
• Travel, transportation, or related expenses

HTown Mingle™ is responsible for:

• Maintaining a safe, respectful community environment
• Enforcing our Code of Connection™ and community standards
• Providing a secure venue (subject to venue provider's obligations)

We encourage discretion, respect, and personal responsibility at all times.

Photography & Video:

• By attending HTown Mingle™ events, you may be photographed or recorded
• Photography and video use is consent-based
• You may opt out of photography by submitting a written request prior to the event
• HTown Mingle™ will respect all opt-out requests

Promotional Use:

• Photos and videos may be used for promotional, editorial, and marketing purposes
• HTown Mingle™ will not identify attendees by name in promotional content without explicit written permission
• You may request removal of your image from promotional materials at any time by contacting info@htownmingle.com
