  HTown Mingle™ is a private, faith-forward membership community designed for elevated social experiences, professional networking, and optional concierge introductions. These Community Standards protect the integrity of our circle and ensure every guest experiences connection with respect, discretion, and purpose. 

Members must:

• Treat all guests with kindness, professionalism, and respect
• Honor boundaries—physical, emotional, and social
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or degrading language

Members must:

• Provide truthful information in profiles, applications, and event registration
• Accurately represent identity, age, relationship status, and intentions
• Refrain from impersonation, catfishing, or any form of deception

HTown Mingle™ is privacy-first.

Members must:

• Keep member identities and conversations confidential
• Never share another member’s personal information, contact details, or photos without explicit permission
• Avoid gossip, public commentary, or “name-dropping” about attendees
• Respect first-name-only culture where applicable

Members must:

• Engage respectfully and accept “no” without pressure
• Avoid unsolicited contact, persistent messaging, or unwanted advances
• Refrain from any behavior that feels coercive, manipulative, or unsafe

Members must:

• Obtain explicit consent before photographing or recording anyone
• Never record conversations or capture private moments without permission
• Follow all posted event media guidelines and staff direction

HTown Mingle™ media is consent-based. Guests may opt out by notifying staff prior to the event.

HTown Mingle™ explicitly prohibits:

• Harassment, discrimination, or threats
• Unwanted romantic or sexual advances
• Recording, photographing, or broadcasting without consent
• Sharing member information or photos without permission
• Escort services, companionship services, or sexual services
• Solicitation of illegal activity
• Fraud, scams, or financial exploitation
• MLM solicitation, spam, or aggressive sales behavior
• Excessive intoxication, substance abuse, or unsafe behavior

Members must:

• Arrive on time and respect the flow of the experience
• Treat venues, staff, and partners with courtesy
• Follow venue rules and HTown Mingle™ staff instructions
• Maintain a calm, elevated presence—no drama, disruption, or conflict

HTown Mingle™ reserves the right to enforce these standards at any time.

Violations may result in:

• A warning
• Removal from an event (without refund)
• Temporary suspension
• Membership termination (with or without refund, at HTown Mingle™’s discretion)
• Reporting to law enforcement if illegal activity is suspected
