WHAT IS A BRAND AMBASSADOR?
HTOWN MINGLE™ Brand Ambassadors are the front-line hosts, connectors, and advocates for our faith-forward Christian community.
You help set the tone in the room, represent the brand with excellence, and introduce aligned Christian professionals, couples, and partners to HTown Mingle.
This is a role for people who are already natural connectors—and want to turn that into impact, influence, and income.
Together, we elevate the standard of networking in Houston.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking Christian professionals who:
- Move comfortably in high-caliber, faith-forward spaces
- Are already known as “the connector” in their circles
- Love introducing good people to good people
- Carry themselves with integrity, professionalism, and warmth
- Align with HTOWN MINGLE™’s values: faith, excellence, emotional maturity, and discretion
Ideal ambassadors may be realtors, attorneys, financial professionals, healthcare leaders, creatives, entrepreneurs, or community influencers who live and move in our target demographic already.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AS AN AMBASSADOR
HTOWN MINGLE™ Ambassadors help bring the brand to life in three main ways:
1. HOST & REPRESENT AT EVENTS
- Welcome guests and help them feel seen and included
- Model the culture: faith-forward, classy, drama-free, and warm
- Support check-in, guided introductions, and photo/video moments
2. CONNECT & REFER THE RIGHT PEOPLE
- Invite aligned Christian professionals into the community
- Share HTown Mingle membership, events, and matchmaking opportunities
- Use your personal network and online presence to drive interest and applications
3. AMPLIFY THE BRAND ONLINE
- Post about events, experiences, and wins (using brand guidelines)
- Occasionally appear in photos, videos, and content
- Help extend the HTOWN MINGLE story across social media and word of mouth
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
As a Brand Ambassador, you are part of the team, not just a guest. We honor that with both compensation and access.
Financial Compensation
Exact compensation can vary by role and campaign, but typically includes:
- Hourly/Event Pay – Paid hourly for on-site event support and hosting (ex: $20–$25 per hour, confirmed per event or contract).
- Content Stipends – Flat-rate pay for required social media posts or content deliverables (ex: $50–$100 per post or assignment).
- Referral Commissions – Percentage on ticket sales, memberships, or matchmaking packages generated through your unique link or code (ex: 10–15% on eligible referrals).
- Performance Bonuses – Cash bonuses for top-performing ambassadors in a given month, event cycle, or campaign.
Non-Financial Perks
- Complimentary or VIP access to select HTown Mingle events
- Plus-one guest invites to certain experiences
- Priority visibility for features, media, and collaborations
- Direct access to the HTown Mingle leadership team
- Opportunities to co-host events and appear in HTown Mingle TV / Magazine content
Compensation details are finalized during onboarding, documented clearly, and reviewed periodically.
EXPECTATIONS & STANDARDS
As a faith-forward Christian brand, the way we show up matters.
Ambassadors agree to:
- Uphold HTown Mingle’s Christian values and Code of Conduct
- Maintain professionalism in person and online
- Protect the safety, privacy, and dignity of members and guests
- Avoid drama, gossip, or behavior that compromises the atmosphere
- Honor brand guidelines for content, tagging, and communication
You’ll receive a clear Ambassador Guide so expectations are never a mystery.
HOW TO JOIN THE HTOWN MINGLE™AMBASSADOR TEAM
Step 1 – Submit Your Interest
Complete the online Ambassador interest form and tell us about your background, network, and why you feel aligned with HTown Mingle.
Step 2 – Conversation & Alignment Call
We’ll schedule a call to learn more about you, your circles of influence, and how you’d like to serve—events, referrals, content, or all three.
Step 3 – Selection & Onboarding
Approved ambassadors receive:
- Ambassador Agreement & Compensation Outline
- Brand + faith-forward Code of Conduct
- Social media + content guidelines
- Unique referral links or codes
Step 4 – First Event or Campaign
You’ll be plugged into upcoming events, referrals, or promotional campaigns based on your strengths—and fully supported as you get started.
HTOWN MINGLE™ AMBASSADOR VS ELITE CIRCLE REFERRALS
You don’t have to be an Ambassador to refer great people to HTOWN MINGLE™.
- HTOWN MINGLE™ Brand Ambassadors are part of the extended team: they represent the brand at events, online, and in their networks—with structured compensation and expectations.
- The Elite Circle Referral Program rewards any aligned member or supporter who sends quality referrals, even if they’re not on the Ambassador team.
If you love the brand and want to casually refer people, the HTOWN MINGLE™ Elite Circle Referral Program is for you.
If you want a deeper role, visibility, and ongoing partnership, the HTOWN MINGLE™ Brand Ambassador team is the right fit.
